Responsibility
- Oversee and execute stock management processes, including receiving, tagging, and organizing inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies, maintaining up-to-date records in the system.
- Coordinate after-sales services, including returns, exchanges, and repairs, ensuring a seamless and luxurious client experience.
- Support store operations by preparing merchandise for the sales floor, managing transfers, and assisting with visual merchandising setups.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to fulfill client requests, such as special orders, alterations, and personalized styling services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure back-of-house area, adhering to brand standards and safety protocols.
- Assist in shift work rotations, including opening/closing procedures, to ensure operational continuity.
- Utilize retail management software to track inventory levels, sales performance, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in luxury fashion or high-end retail.
- Proven expertise in stock management, inventory control, and after-sales services.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand standards.
- Proficiency in retail management systems (e.g., SAP, LS Retail) is a plus.
- Flexibility to work shift patterns, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
