Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity.
- Promote Xiaomi products, features, and promotions to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, product displays, and price tag updates.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on Xiaomi product knowledge, industry trends, and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward customer service.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
