Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while ensuring all financial records are balanced.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves and monitoring product levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak hours.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Upsell products and promote ongoing sales or loyalty programs to customers.
Qualifications
