As a Part-Time Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining our boutique’s welcoming atmosphere, assisting customers with product selections, and ensuring our store operates smoothly. Responsibility
- Provide friendly and personalized assistance to customers, helping them find the perfect swimwear and accessories.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking, restocking, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Share product knowledge and styling tips to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Support promotional activities, including social media engagement and in-store events.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion, particularly swimwear and tropical-inspired designs.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak shopping periods.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a bonus.
