Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and luxurious shopping experience for all clients.
- Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding monthly targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Manage in-store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and visual display standards to maintain a premium brand image.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the benefits of our high-end sleep solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for strategic business decisions.
- Train, mentor, and supervise retail staff to ensure consistent delivery of brand standards and service excellence.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or high-end consumer products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet business needs.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Passion for the retail industry with a customer-first mindset.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
