Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven ability to lead teams, meet sales targets, and drive operational excellence.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
