Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging sales training programs for regional teams in Bali, tailored to different experience levels and market demands.
- Collaborate with regional sales managers to identify training needs and performance gaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct on-the-job coaching and mentoring to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics, feedback, and sales results.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and digital resources, to support continuous learning.
- Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and high performance within the sales team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and best practices in sales training to ensure our programs remain cutting-edge.
- Travel within the region (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) to conduct in-person training sessions and workshops.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales training, sales management, or a similar role within the retail or consumer products industry.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs that drive measurable results.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams to improve performance and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently within Bali and adapt to different learning environments.
