Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences by demonstrating Dyson products with confidence and expertise.
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and technological advancements of Dyson's product range.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative selling and personalized customer interactions.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Dyson's product portfolio, promotions, and competitive advantages.
- Ensure showroom standards are met, including product displays, cleanliness, and merchandising guidelines.
- Collaborate with the store team to create a welcoming and engaging environment for customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales support with professionalism and empathy.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new product launches and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or sales, preferably in a premium or technology-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Passion for technology and a keen interest in home appliances, innovation, and design.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to engage and inspire customers.
