Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of assigned CTM branches, ensuring adherence to company standards and sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain teams, and ensure product availability.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate sales staff to enhance performance and customer service.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and address challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and retail best practices.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, challenges, and action plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Knowledge of the ceramics or home improvement industry is a plus.
