Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and addressing customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout by restocking merchandise and ensuring products are properly displayed.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment to ensure product availability for customers.
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to store performance goals.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including safety, security, and loss prevention protocols.
- Participate in store opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and end-of-day reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic math and cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer operations is a plus.
