Responsibility
- Drive sales performance by achieving monthly and quarterly targets for sleep products and accessories.
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer service, providing expert advice on product features, benefits, and sleep solutions.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure product displays are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
- Train, mentor, and supervise retail staff to maintain high service standards and product knowledge.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies, including in-store events, discounts, and loyalty programs to boost foot traffic and conversions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and analyze data to optimize retail operations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement localized campaigns and digital initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in home goods, furniture, or wellness products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Leadership abilities with experience in team supervision or training.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the sleep and wellness industry with a customer-centric mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
