Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a high-performing retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues professionally.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic, sales, and customer loyalty.
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and local laws.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to foster a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with corporate teams on marketing, promotions, and product launches.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in grocery, fresh produce, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store profitability.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and inventory tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
