Responsibility

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues professionally.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic, sales, and customer loyalty.
  • Monitor financial performance, including P&L, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and local laws.
  • Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams on marketing, promotions, and product launches.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in grocery, fresh produce, or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store profitability.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and inventory tools.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Passion for customer service and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
