Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure the store meets all operational standards, including cleanliness, merchandising, and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance customer loyalty.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to minimize shrinkage and maximize profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, budgets, and financial performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to align store operations with company goals and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, and basic financial analysis.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering a superior shopping experience.
- Knowledge of local market trends and consumer preferences in Bali is a plus.
