Responsibility

  • Execute merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and availability in retail stores, showrooms, and distribution channels across Bali.
  • Monitor and maintain product displays, ensuring they are attractive, well-stocked, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and sales teams to drive sales and resolve any merchandising-related issues.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess product performance, competitor activity, and market trends, providing actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns to boost product sales.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of merchandising activities, including sales data, stock levels, and competitor analysis.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to retailers and end-users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices in merchandising to continuously improve performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the ceramic, building materials, or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of executing merchandising strategies and driving sales in a field-based role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with retailers, distributors, and team members.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid SIM A (driver’s license) and willingness to travel extensively across Bali.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and mobile reporting tools.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Physical ability to lift and arrange products, as well as set up displays in retail environments.
