Responsibility
- Welcome and assist customers with a warm, professional demeanor, providing expert advice on furniture and home décor products.
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, and closing transactions efficiently.
- Maintain the showroom’s visual appeal by ensuring displays are organized, clean, and aligned with brand standards.
- Handle cash and card transactions, manage inventory, and process orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the design team to stay updated on product features, materials, and trends to better assist customers.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service, including follow-ups, delivery coordination, and addressing customer inquiries.
- Assist in organizing and executing in-store events, promotions, and product launches to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies, and assist with inventory management to ensure product availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field (experience in furniture or interior design is a plus).
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is advantageous.
- Passion for interior design, home décor, or luxury retail, with an eye for aesthetics and trends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and sales processes.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the retail schedule.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s expat and local communities is a strong advantage.
