Responsibility
- Conduct live product demonstrations in retail stores, malls, or promotional events to engage and educate customers.
- Build rapport with potential buyers, addressing their questions and highlighting product benefits to drive conversions.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective demonstration techniques.
- Collaborate with retail staff to ensure seamless in-store promotions and optimal product placement.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to share with the marketing and product development teams.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, representing the brand positively at all times.
- Set up and dismantle demonstration stations, ensuring all materials and products are organized and presentable.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and industry trends to deliver accurate and compelling presentations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail demonstration roles (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities to captivate and persuade customers.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable hours based on promotional schedules.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or business is a plus.
- Familiarity with retail environments and consumer behavior is advantageous.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle demonstration setups.
