Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily kiosk operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
- Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue and customer engagement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all kiosk operations.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and team performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail supervision or management, preferably in fresh food or kiosk operations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, staff, and management.
- Knowledge of inventory management, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, POS systems).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
