Responsibility
- Provide on-site technical and operational support to retail partners in assigned Bali regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Ensure product displays, promotions, and merchandising align with company standards and brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor inventory levels, product placement, and compliance with retail agreements.
- Resolve customer and retailer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
- Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback, to support strategic decisions.
- Assist in the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns in the field.
- Maintain accurate records of field activities, including visit reports, issue logs, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate field insights and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field support, retail operations, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with retailers and customers.
- Familiarity with retail and consumer products industry practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in using mobile devices and field reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or related fields is a plus.
