Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones in Baliās premium wellness sector.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty.
- Create and distribute engaging promotional materials (digital and print) to drive awareness and conversions.
- Organize and participate in events, workshops, and networking activities to boost brand visibility.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing reports and insights to management.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure service offerings align with market demand.
- Manage social media and online presence to enhance digital engagement and lead generation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in wellness, healthcare, or luxury services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., social media, CRM, email campaigns).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Familiarity with Baliās market dynamics (expat and local) is a plus.
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
