As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our high-end clinic services, building client relationships, and contributing to our growth in Bali’s competitive luxury wellness market. Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones in Bali’s premium wellness sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Create and distribute engaging promotional materials (digital and print) to drive awareness and conversions.
  • Organize and participate in events, workshops, and networking activities to boost brand visibility.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing reports and insights to management.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure service offerings align with market demand.
  • Manage social media and online presence to enhance digital engagement and lead generation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in wellness, healthcare, or luxury services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., social media, CRM, email campaigns).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s market dynamics (expat and local) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
