Responsibility
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for retail and consumer products.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor product performance and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with the internal team to report field issues and suggest improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of field visits, customer interactions, and support activities.
- Assist in the installation and setup of products at customer locations.
- Train customers on product usage and best practices.
- Travel to various locations in Bali as required to fulfill support duties.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in field support, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali.
- Basic knowledge of retail and consumer products is a plus.
- Proficiency in using mobile devices and support tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a bonus.
