Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand Amartha's presence and impact in the Bali region.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field officers to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, government agencies, and business partners.
- Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards in all operations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations, to drive growth.
- Conduct market research to understand local needs and tailor Amartha's financial products accordingly.
- Represent Amartha at local events, forums, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or operations management, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of microfinance, financial inclusion, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Bali region and occasionally to other parts of Indonesia.
