Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and enhance brand visibility in Bali’s premium retail locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to create compelling in-store promotions and campaigns.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts.
- Implement best practices in retail operations, including visual merchandising, staff training, and customer service standards.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail sales leadership, preferably in the fashion or luxury goods sector.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong understanding of customer intimacy strategies and relationship-building techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
