Responsibility
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensure stock availability, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishments.
- Implement and maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction through personalized service.
- Assist in training new hires and conducting performance evaluations to foster team growth.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend strategies to drive revenue and profitability.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably as an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
