Responsibility

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve store performance.
  • Monitor KPIs (e.g., sales per square foot, conversion rates) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health/safety regulations, and loss prevention standards.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate staff, fostering a high-performance culture and addressing performance gaps.
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve issues professionally to maintain brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with regional managers on promotions, visual merchandising, and seasonal campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in consumer goods or FMCG.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire teams and build customer loyalty.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
