Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing retail sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive foot traffic, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, resolving escalations and fostering a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain store compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws.

Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in hardware, home improvement, or consumer products.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, team leadership, and operational efficiency.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and inventory tools.
