Responsibility
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute promotional campaigns, including digital and in-store initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to expand business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including social media content, email campaigns, and print collateral.
- Participate in trade shows, events, and product launches to represent the company and generate leads.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in retail or consumer products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or events.
