Responsibility
- Coordinate and support daily sales operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts, orders, and inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure alignment and timely execution of sales strategies.
- Prepare and process sales-related documentation, such as contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing events.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales promotions and marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM or sales management software.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the retail and consumer products industry is a plus.
