Responsibility
- Engage with customers in retail locations to promote Kaf Coffee products and brand values
- Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to educate customers about our coffee offerings
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective customer interactions
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new offerings and promotions
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights to the marketing team
- Set up and maintain attractive product displays in assigned locations
- Participate in local events and promotions to increase brand visibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and customers
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales, promotions, or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for coffee and the hospitality industry
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Outgoing personality with a positive attitude
- Basic English language skills (additional languages a plus)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg
