Responsibility
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer preferences and recommend suitable Hyundai models.
- Deliver compelling product presentations, highlighting key features, benefits, and promotions to drive sales.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the finance and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from purchase to delivery.
- Stay updated on Hyundai's latest models, technologies, and industry trends to provide accurate and insightful information.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory status in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive, retail, or customer service industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
