Responsibility
- Operational Leadership: Manage all aspects of petrol station operations, including fuel sales, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure high performance, professionalism, and adherence to company policies.
- Customer Service Excellence: Foster a customer-first culture, resolving inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor daily sales, expenses, and profitability, preparing reports and implementing cost-saving strategies.
- Facility Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep of station equipment, fuel pumps, and retail areas to ensure a clean, functional, and welcoming environment.
- Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with corporate teams to execute local marketing initiatives, loyalty programs, and promotional campaigns.
- Emergency Response: Lead crisis management efforts, including fuel spills, equipment failures, or security incidents, with a calm and decisive approach.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3+ years in retail, fuel station, or operations management, with a track record of leadership success.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with petrol station operations, fuel handling, and retail POS systems is highly advantageous.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to motivate teams, delegate tasks, and maintain a productive work environment.
- Financial Acumen: Experience with budgeting, P&L analysis, and inventory management to drive profitability.
- Safety Certification: Prior training in HSE standards, fire safety, or hazardous materials handling is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is beneficial.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve operational or customer-related issues efficiently.
