Responsibility
- Develop and execute store strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and loss prevention procedures.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team to foster a culture of high performance, customer service excellence, and professional growth.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and supply chain coordination to ensure optimal product availability.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the in-store customer experience and drive conversion rates.
- Analyze sales reports and operational data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and cost-saving measures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a department store or large-scale retail environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding financial goals and operational benchmarks.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in retail management systems, POS software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per store operations.
