Responsibility
- Sales Leadership: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning, staff motivation, and customer-centric initiatives.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor store staff to deliver outstanding service and uphold Clarksâ brand standards.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Customer Experience: Foster a welcoming in-store environment, resolve escalations, and implement feedback to enhance satisfaction.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Clarksâ values and product knowledge, driving brand awareness through local marketing and community engagement.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, UPT) and adjust strategies to optimize store performance.
- Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with HQ to execute seasonal displays and promotions that align with global campaigns.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with regional managers, vendors, and corporate teams to streamline processes and share best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3+ years in retail management, preferably in footwear, fashion, or luxury goods.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales Acumen: Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and implementing growth strategies.
- Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
- Operational Knowledge: Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and retail analytics tools.
- Communication: Fluent in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a multicultural setting and adjust to seasonal demand fluctuations.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
