Responsibility

  • Sales Leadership: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning, staff motivation, and customer-centric initiatives.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor store staff to deliver outstanding service and uphold Clarks’ brand standards.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Customer Experience: Foster a welcoming in-store environment, resolve escalations, and implement feedback to enhance satisfaction.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Clarks’ values and product knowledge, driving brand awareness through local marketing and community engagement.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, UPT) and adjust strategies to optimize store performance.
  • Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with HQ to execute seasonal displays and promotions that align with global campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with regional managers, vendors, and corporate teams to streamline processes and share best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 3+ years in retail management, preferably in footwear, fashion, or luxury goods.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and implementing growth strategies.
  • Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
  • Operational Knowledge: Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and retail analytics tools.
  • Communication: Fluent in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a multicultural setting and adjust to seasonal demand fluctuations.
