Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections tailored to their needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive selling and upselling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash and digital payments, and issue receipts.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, cycle counting, and reporting discrepancies.
- Handle customer complaints or returns professionally, resolving issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide goals and participate in training or team meetings as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of sports equipment, apparel, or lifestyle products is a plus.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by store operating hours.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
