Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Participate in store meetings, training sessions, and promotional events as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and inventory management tools.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak hours as needed.

- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
