Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products, promotions, and brand features to offer accurate recommendations.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and energetic store atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in sports or apparel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and inventory management tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or business are a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Passion for sports, fitness, or an active lifestyle is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
