Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective team leadership and strategic planning.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including overseeing merchandise deliveries and stock replenishment.
- Train, mentor, and develop store staff to enhance performance and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards to attract and retain customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management and retail software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences in Bali is a plus.
