Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a high-performing retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones, ensuring long-term business growth.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular training to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and retail standards.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local communities.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in retail management, preferably in the Consumer Products sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving sales and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, and retail software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
