Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of appliance repair technicians, ensuring high productivity, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety standards.
- Develop and implement service operation strategies to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of repair services to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, training, and coaching for service staff to maintain high standards.
- Monitor inventory of spare parts and tools, coordinating with procurement to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and service issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote service offerings and upsell repair/maintenance packages.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and manufacturer guidelines for appliance repairs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Diploma holders with extensive experience may also apply.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in appliance repair, service operations, or a similar technical field.
- Strong technical knowledge of household appliances (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, ovens) and their repair processes.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage workflows, and drive operational improvements in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with service management software and inventory tracking systems is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across assigned locations in Bali as needed.
- Certifications in appliance repair or relevant technical training are highly advantageous.
