Responsibility
- Manage and organize warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage of goods.
- Conduct regular stock takes, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain data accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely and error-free fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently, adhering to company protocols.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to streamline inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading deliveries, verifying quantities and quality of received goods.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and generate reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and other departments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehouse operations are advantageous.
- Familiarity with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP) is preferred for this role in the consumer products industry.
