Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and in-store experience.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust merchandising to maximize revenue.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health/safety standards, and local retail regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with headquarters on promotions, stock orders, and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in retail management, preferably in outdoor gear, sports, or lifestyle products.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a high-energy environment.
- Passion for outdoor activities and a deep understanding of adventure gear/products.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business/Retail Management is advantageous.
