Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management.
- Ensure store compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock replenishment to meet customer demand.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales reports, expenses, and profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with regional managers and corporate teams to align with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of retail trends, customer service best practices, and sales techniques.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
