Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling
- Ensure compliance with company standards for product freshness, hygiene, and presentation
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and brand loyalty
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L statements, and identify opportunities for cost optimization
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency
- Train, coach, and evaluate staff performance to maintain a high-standard workforce
- Collaborate with headquarters on promotions, new product launches, and operational improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in fresh food, grocery, or FMCG sectors
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store profitability
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
- Proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, and retail software
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Familiarity with local market trends in Bali is advantageous
