Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance store performance, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and report to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local labor laws.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to maintain high standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail or F&B management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to drive sales, manage budgets, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
