Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure high standards of product presentation, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
- Manage inventory levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide expert advice on outdoor and fishing equipment.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and financial procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in outdoor or sporting goods.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation with a passion for outdoor activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Basic knowledge of outdoor equipment, fishing gear, and rental operations is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and POS systems.
