Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales tracking
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational excellence
- Participate in leadership training modules and on-the-job coaching sessions
- Develop customer service skills to enhance the shopping experience
- Analyze retail performance metrics and contribute to improvement strategies
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store standards and visual merchandising
- Assist in staff scheduling and performance evaluations under supervision
- Engage in cross-functional projects to broaden retail management expertise
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for retail and customer service excellence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
- Willingness to relocate or work across Bali locations
- Leadership potential with a proactive and adaptable mindset
