Responsibility
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and checkout processes to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Restock and replenish shelves, ensuring products are well-organized, properly labeled, and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or discrepancies to the store manager.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the store, including aisles, checkout counters, and storage areas.
- Assist in promotional activities, such as setting up displays and distributing marketing materials.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
