Responsibility
- Provide expert advice on health, beauty, and wellness products, including vitamins, supplements, and skincare, tailored to individual customer needs.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products by understanding their concerns and recommending solutions that align with Watsonsâ high standards.
- Stay updated on the latest health trends, product launches, and promotions to deliver accurate and compelling information.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers, upselling complementary products, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store layout, ensuring products are stocked, labeled, and displayed according to company guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage inventory with precision and integrity.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute marketing campaigns, in-store events, and loyalty programs to drive foot traffic and customer retention.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary to ensure a positive resolution.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a health-related field (e.g., pharmacy, nutrition, or beauty consulting).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Passion for health, wellness, and beauty with a willingness to continuously learn about new products and industry trends.
- Basic knowledge of common health supplements, skincare ingredients, and over-the-counter medications is a plus.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet sales targets.
- Fluency in English (additional proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is advantageous).
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as needed.
