Responsibility
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using company systems.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock availability to the sales team.
- Generate reports on sales activities, order statuses, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve order processing efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, order processing, or customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using order management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Basic knowledge of retail or consumer products is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Bali and travel as needed.
