Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and processing of import/export documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- Support the coordination of shipments, tracking deliveries, and resolving logistics-related issues.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in global trade.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth cross-border transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of trade activities, including invoices, customs declarations, and shipping documents.
- Assist in the development and implementation of trade strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to expand knowledge of international trade practices.
- Provide administrative support to the trade team, including data entry, reporting, and correspondence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trade data and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Basic understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
