Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of PUMA products, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and adheres to PUMA's merchandising standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications
